Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leadership professional to fill the role of Assistant Director. In this capacity, you will be an integral member of our centre's leadership team.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar position or as an Assistant Director and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

You will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the centre team to provide high-quality early learning and care.

A competitive salary package is on offer, including at least 7% above the award rate, up to 50% discount off your childcare gap fees, and up to 6 weeks paid parental leave.
