The role of a Lead Control Systems Engineer is to oversee the design, development, and implementation of robust control system solutions. This includes engaging with clients to define project requirements and scope, as well as ensuring that project deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to define project requirements and scope
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of control system solutions
  • Ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality and are completed on schedule
  • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to clients
  • Promote and uphold a strong culture of health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A background in infrastructure or heavy industrial sectors
  • Strong client engagement and communication abilities
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Experience in control system architecture, design, and development
  • Project management expertise including planning and scheduling
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex engineering projects
