Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as an Assistant Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and motivate a centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Use and implement best practices to achieve excellent outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality early learning and care
