Be a key player in the success of our holiday parks by taking on the role of Park Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a team, while engaging in marketing activities and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the park.

As a Park Manager, you will be responsible for financial management, including budgeting and P&L management, as well as maintaining facilities to the highest possible standards.

You will also attend to after-hours call outs and have the ability to work autonomously and think independently.

About This Role:
  • Lead a team to achieve results
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the park
  • Engage in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Financial management including budgeting and P&L management
  • Maintain facilities to the highest possible standards within allocated resources
  • Attend to after-hours call outs
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to contribute to our organisation's performance culture
  • Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or similar
  • Practical experience in managing a holiday/caravan park
  • Competent financial accounting, budgeting and reconciliation skills
  • Strong administration, written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and think independently
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and manage them proactively
