Key Role: Assistant Director

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Director at our centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Centre Director in driving the team's performance
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team members
  • Take charge of the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director
  • Evaluate and implement best practices as outlined in the Goodstart Practice Guide
