Job Opportunity

Lead and inspire a dynamic team in an early learning and childcare setting as an Assistant Director.

">Role Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team
  • Support the Centre Director in leadership decisions, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations
  • Assume overall centre management responsibilities in the Centre Director's absence

Requirements

Experience in early learning and childcare is essential. The successful candidate will have expertise and leadership skills to drive growth and development within the team.
