Chef Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team.

This mid-senior level position involves managing sections, maintaining high food standards, and prioritizing presentation. Excellent customer service skills are also required.

The role requires working a 38-hour week, rotating through Monday to Sunday. The successful candidate will have the necessary qualifications, trade experience, and adaptability to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Management: Manage kitchen sections and maintain consistently high food standards throughout service.
  • Presentation: Prioritize food presentation to ensure top-quality at all times.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, showcasing excellent customer service skills.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and time management skills, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • A relevant culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Trade experience in a similar kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
