About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated legal professional to join our team as a Legislative Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide technical and complex legal analysis, advice, and legislative drafting.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the development, management, and implementation of legislative and regulatory projects. This includes creating new and amending primary legislation, as well as drafting subordinate instruments such as regulations, orders, and notices.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to advance their legal career and gain valuable experience working in an in-house government legal practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and complex legal analysis, advice, and legislative drafting
  • Support the development, management, and implementation of legislative and regulatory projects
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree of Laws (or equivalent) or those who will complete a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in 2025
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
