Senior Legal and Governance Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal and Governance Professional to join our executive team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the legal and governance framework of our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, supporting the Board in best practice approaches to governance, overseeing Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management, and contributing to a high-performing executive team.
This is a diverse and challenging role that presents a rare opportunity to join a leading mental health organisation at an executive level.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate law, governance, risk management, and strategic thinking. They will work closely with the executive team and senior leadership to drive business outcomes and make a real difference to the lives of people across the community.
