Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Professional to join our team in delivering exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work in a dynamic environment, making a real difference in the lives of our customers.

About You

  • You have a strong passion for helping individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • You are a registered Psychologist or Behaviour Support Practitioner, with experience working in a clinical setting and knowledge of the NDIS framework.

The Role

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to individuals with disabilities, focusing on participant goal attainment.
  • Work collaboratively with other health professionals, caregivers, and support coordinators to provide comprehensive support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including carers, families, and community organizations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program plans, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
