Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee daily practice operations, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our services.

  • Manage appointment scheduling, billing procedures, and debt collections.
  • Process new referrals and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a small team in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS and medical billing services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
