About Novita
We provide early intervention, rehabilitation, therapy, assistive technology and disability services to more than 4,300 people living with disability. Our goal is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community.
The Role Overview
This position offers a chance to deliver vital therapy services for kids, young people and adults, as well as their families and carers, within a multi-disciplinary team. If you are an innovative Speech Pathologist who is eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia, please consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Manage a clinical case load involving assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of Intervention programs
- Integrate speech pathology services with other Novita Services to support a multi-disciplinary approach and collaborate with other teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records in line with Novita requirements
- Work and liaise with carers, families, service providers and community members to enhance quality of life and choice
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to prepare high-quality reports
- Effective communication with children, young people, parents and staff
- Demonstrated customer service skills and integrity
- Energetic and resourceful in responding to challenges
Benefits and Remuneration Package
Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further benefits include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
