Wellbeing and Injury Support Role Overview

This position is part of the Work Health and Safety team, focusing on employee wellbeing and injury support.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Return to Work program, administrative tasks, and promoting health and wellbeing initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the delivery of our Return to Work Program and Health & Wellness Program, including administrative functions.
  • Provide administrative support to the WHS Manager and broader Enterprise Risk team.
  • Undertake workplace ergonomic assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • A Diploma qualification in a relevant field or extensive equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of return to work processes, rehabilitation, and workers compensation legislation.
  • SIRA Return to Work Coordinator Certificate.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
