Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Broken Hill.

About the Role
  • Assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations utilising specialist knowledge and skills.
  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
  • Perform assessments depending on clinical expertise including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress towards return to work goals.
  • Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to facilitate business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Professional registration with AHPRA and ESSA (AEP).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon application.
