Expert Clinical Advisor Needed for Injury Management Role

About the Position:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical advisor to join our team in providing expert advice on injury management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues in developing their injury management skills and knowledge.
  • Assess personal injury claims to identify appropriate treatment and rehabilitation requirements, ensuring that customers receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Drive proactive claims management by identifying early opportunities for rehabilitation and managing these effectively.
  • Coach and mentor claim handlers to ensure they have a sound understanding of injury management principles and can apply them when making decisions.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to build and develop injury management capabilities within the team.

Requirements:

  • A degree in an allied health-related discipline is essential, as well as significant clinical experience.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting is required, along with strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to identify developmental needs in team members and recommend training activities is also crucial.
