About the Role

As a Trade Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse role that involves developing trusted relationships with customers, providing expert advice, and offering a consultative approach to service. Your primary goal will be to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving the team's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and ensure success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, and performing day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
  • Bring positivity and energy to the team, be motivated to succeed, and constantly develop your industry knowledge to become a true expert in your field.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service.
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment.
  • Administrative skills and technological savvy.
  • Physical ability to load and unload heavy products.
  • Forklift license is required.
