About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with other duties as required, such as receiving deliveries and providing expert knowledge to trade customers and builders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales and service role, preferably in the retail or trade industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Administrative skills and technological savvy, with the ability to use our sales systems and software.
  • Forklift license is required.
