Customer Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Banking Services team as a Customer Banking Specialist.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing holistic solutions to meet the financial needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support customers with account maintenance, credit product applications, and financial health checks.
- Provide education and demonstrations of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
- Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, and act with integrity while placing the customer at the centre of everything you do.
