Job Opportunity: Mobilisation Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mobilisation Coordinator to support project delivery by managing workforce mobilisation, logistics, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mobilisation & Logistics
    • Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across multiple project sites ensuring seamless operations.
    • Organise rosters, RDOs, accommodation, and travel arrangements efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with client and site access requirements at all times.
  • Onboarding & Compliance
    • Support new starters through thorough onboarding process including inductions, training, and documentation management.
    • Monitor compliance requirements (tickets, competencies, medicals, equipment registrations) to maintain high standards.
    • Maintain accurate personnel and training records for easy reference.
  • Administration & Reporting
    • Manage company systems and OneDrive filing effectively.
    • Prepare and update operational reports, including equipment checks and prestart defect reports in a timely manner.
    • Take minutes for meetings and distribute as required maintaining transparency.
    • Handle mail, filing, and general office documentation securely.
  • Procurement & Accounts Support
    • Raise purchase orders and process material orders promptly.
    • Assist with invoice reconciliation and administrative accounts support services.
    • Manage and maintain office consumables (PPE, uniforms, stationery, supplies) for optimal use.
  • Team & Office Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for calls and emails directing queries to the right department efficiently.
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff and project managers as needed.
    • Assist with ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations maintaining productivity.
