Job Role

We are a retail company shaping the future of our industry.

The Merchandising team drives growth by understanding consumer needs and market capacity to create product mixes for the Australia & New Zealand marketplace.

The team is looking for a specialist to drive growth for leading global brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with brand teams to drive key strategies in the market.
  • Review the marketplace to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Builtsortments for the marketplace via channel and segmentation models.
  • Develop pricing architectures to position brands whilst maximising commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with customers on special projects, seasonal requirements and further product developments.
  • Play a key role in GTM touchpoints with sales and direct to consumer teams.
  • Drive assortment planning processes including market capacities, net sales & margin requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated at least 2+ years experience in merchandising roles in footwear, apparel or accessories industries.
  • Astute understanding of Fashion, Sport, Surf and Skate marketplaces.
  • Must be creative, strategic, analytical, innovative and a problem-solver.
  • Skilled in excel, PowerPoint, outlook, and word. Design skills desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Confident presenting to small to large internal teams.
  • Available for domestic and international travel as required.
