Product Development Specialist

The Product Development Specialist role contributes to the department's revenue and growth objectives by supporting the development and delivery of growth mandates.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting digital and frontline optimisation and enhancement activities
- Collaborating with stakeholders to review and enhance product offerings
- Supporting quarterly planning and business plan development as required.
- Identifying opportunities for cost-savings, process efficiencies, sales and customer experience uplifts.
- Acting as the central point of contact for product-related queries.
- Preparing monthly reporting, using internal and external data and insights to explain performance trends.
Requirements:
- Business or related tertiary qualification is desirable
- Experience in Insurance is highly desirable
- Critical thinking

- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Organisation and planning
