About the Product Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate our product development process. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our team in Melbourne.

  • Assist the Product Manager in the sampling approval process, including fittings and approvals
  • Liaise daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Brief new ranges to suppliers for development, ensuring alignment with our brand vision
  • Maintain effective relationships and regular communication with suppliers to drive business growth
  • Research trends into colour and new directions for our customers, providing valuable insights to inform product decisions
  • Manage and track the sample process, production schedules, and freight timelines to meet deadlines
  • Drawing and maintaining product CADs and range books to support product development
  • Support the product team with administrative needs, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Assistant Buyer, Product Coordinator, Production Assistant, or Supply Coordinator role preferred
  • Qualification in Fashion and Textile advantageous, demonstrating expertise in product development and coordination
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and high level of productivity and efficiency, with strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
