Product Developer Job Description

PUMA is seeking a skilled Product Developer to support the seasonal development and execution of our Sports Licensing ranges across local partners.

The successful candidate will work within global brand guidelines while tailoring to local market and partner needs.

  • Support seasonal strategy and execution of Local Sports Licensing ranges
  • Adhere to the Seasonal Critical Path to meet development milestones
  • Align with Global product guidelines while adapting for local needs
  • Assist in preparing development specification packages for suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver commercially viable and compelling seasonal collections that meet performance and business targets
  • Support strong relationships with Sports Licensing suppliers locally and globally
  • Assist in capacity planning, product information sharing, and coordination of trim/accessory requirements
  • Contribute to pricing discussions and support pattern development and management
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Global Merchandising, and Product Management tools (currently PAC, VRT, PISA)
  • Expertise in pattern making tools
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Developer role
