Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end strategy and development of our Kids and Back-to-School collections.

  • Develop seasonal ranges that balance innovation, commercial goals, and brand identity.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver cohesive collections.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Developer - ideally in kids footwear.
  • Proven experience working with offshore factories and leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of technical footwear development, trend analysis, and costing.
  • Creative, collaborative and commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
