We are seeking an experienced dispute resolution professional to join our team, responsible for resolving complaints and managing losses. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, negotiation techniques, and the ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining high organization standards.
The successful candidate will have experience in financial services dispute resolution, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. A tertiary degree in finance commerce or accounting is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate end-to-end disputes including complex cases
- Provide reports and written responses to stakeholders
- Resolve issues or escalate them as required
