Job Description

The Customer Resolution Officer will provide organisational leadership of complaint handling, to support a customer centric culture and responsive management of escalated matters and complaint resolution.

This role undertakes procedurally fair investigations, including assessment of information and prepares responses to complex matters. It also coordinates and oversees requests for access to information, including Freedom of Information requests, acting as the FOI officer.

The ideal candidate will have a formal degree or diploma qualification in investigations, law, or a related discipline, coupled with several years of subsequent relevant experience. Alternatively, a lesser formal qualification coupled with extensive relevant experience is also considered.

Substantial knowledge and demonstrated experience managing and responding to customer complaints in a complex environment is essential. Experience managing Freedom of Information requests and working knowledge of legislation related to the role is desirable.
