Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting, as well as providing strategic insight to support business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
- Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
- Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
