Senior Financial Operations Leader

This newly created leadership position is part of a Fortune 200 organisation's construction division, offering a key leadership opportunity within the shared services finance structure.
The successful candidate will lead a team of three accounting professionals in areas of system accounting, compliance, and finance projects, while ensuring ongoing adherence to financial regulations and guidelines across the organisation.
- Lead a team of accounting professionals in system accounting, compliance, and finance projects.
- Develop strong business partnerships with all senior stakeholders, including IT, sales, and other finance leaders.
- Ensure ongoing adherence to financial regulations and guidelines across the organisation.
- Design and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
A CA/CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required. Previous finance experience in a multinational organisation, preferably in manufacturing or construction, is essential.
