Job Title: Senior Finance Manager, Activity Based Costing
Job OverviewAs a seasoned finance leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making through advanced financial modeling and cost analysis.
You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of an Activity-Based Costing (ABC) model that drives business insight and informs organizational strategy.

- Provide actionable insights on cost efficiency and resource allocation to drive institutional strategy forward.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and academic leaders to develop predictive and diagnostic financial models that inform business decisions.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve budgeting, planning, and governance across the organization.
- Lead a small team of analysts to achieve collective goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in senior finance roles, preferably in complex environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and costing within large organizations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change delivery capabilities.
- Proficiency in modern analytics platforms and systems.
- A CPA/CA certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
