Job Title: Financial Operations Leader

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to oversee financial operations across multiple dealerships in Victoria.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • A strong background in automotive dealership finance (non-negotiable).
  • CA/CPA qualification with proven post-qualification experience.
  • Technical accounting knowledge of IFRS / Australian standards.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyze data and provide business insights.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
