Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced and self-driven professional to join our team as a Gaming Service Executive/Relief Gaming Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the gaming operation, ensuring timely, effective, and efficient customer service delivery. Key duties include developing knowledge of EGMs and MTGMs, assisting with administrative requirements, and maintaining confidentiality.

- Develop thorough knowledge of system-related products.">
- Assist with administrative requirements, data entry, and customer file maintenance.">
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a large club or organization, with a strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA/RCG, HACCP & Gaming Regulations. Additionally, they will have excellent time management and organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
