About the Role:
You will be responsible for:
  • Sales Operations Support: Assist with CRM updates, reporting packs, and coordinating the sales team.
  • Partner Support: Schedule meetings, track action items, update partner content, maintain records, support licensing and product sales administration.
  • Proposal Enablement: Coordinate bid meetings, support proposal development, and maintain the bid content library.
  • Campaign & Event Support: Coordinate campaign execution details (email lists, landing pages, briefing sessions) and track sales follow-up activity.
  • Growth Asset Management: Keep case studies, partner decks, intro slides, and other growth-related content current and accessible.
  • Administration: Provide general support to the Sales Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Proven experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally within IT or Sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
