Senior Land Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project development manager to oversee the delivery of end-to-end services across land development and civil infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, high-performing team with deep industry experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage projects through feasibility, approvals, design, and construction phases.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Prepare and review feasibility studies, budgets, and financial reports.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to monitor progress.
- Coordinate design briefs and manage the design process.
- Track and manage the financial performance of projects.
- 5+ years' experience in Civil Project or Development Management, preferably in land development.
- A background in civil engineering design and/or project management will be highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive team player, comfortable working hands-on across all project phases.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering or related field.
- Financial acumen, ideally with Estate Master exposure.
- Exposure to a strong pipeline of projects and the full project lifecycle.
