Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Development Manager or Senior Project Development Manager to lead our project and development group.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end services across land development and civil infrastructure, delivering exceptional results for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects through feasibility, approvals, design, and construction phases.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure timely milestone achievements.
  • Prepare and review feasibility studies, budgets, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate design briefs and manage the design process to meet client expectations.
  • Track and manage the financial performance of projects to optimize returns.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Civil Project or Development Management, preferably in land development.
  • Background in civil engineering design and/or project management is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player, comfortable working hands-on across all project phases.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
  • Financial acumen, ideally with Estate Master exposure.
