Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of water resources projects across the land development sector.
  • Work directly with developers, engineering consultants, and authorities.
  • Keep one foot in design (12D, HECRAS, RORB, MUSIC, TuFlow) and the other in strategy and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders including building relationships with councils.

Requirements
  • Civil / Environmental Engineering degree.
  • 8 – 20 years' experience in Victoria's water resources space.
  • Proven track record delivering water based land development projects within consultancy.
  • Sharp technical skills in 12D, MUSIC, TuFLOW, HECRAS, RORB.
  • Excellent report writing, tender prep, and client communication skills.
  • Integrity.
  • Calm in heated conversations.
