Our organization is focused on land development with a flexible approach.

**Current Portfolio for this role:**

- 350 lot subdivision in Victoria.
- 250 lot subdivision in South West Coast of Australia.
- Retail Town Centre in the Western Suburbs and adjacent 150 Townhomes.
- Other projects currently under development.

**Your responsibilities will include:**

- Collaborating closely with project team members to scope and negotiate tenders for construction and civil contractors.
- Leading and attending PCG meetings, providing reports on progress and budget for senior management.
- Providing advice and managing the construction programme and budget.
- Monitoring and tracking project expenditure, identifying and rectifying potential cost overruns.
- Managing the administration of construction contracts and associated tasks.

**Key qualifications and skills required:**

- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Engineering, Construction or Architecture.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in feasibility software and project cash flows.
- A team player who can work across the full project lifecycle.
- Autonomous individual comfortable working under pressure and within a small team.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
