We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in land development and possess leadership skills, business acumen, and previous experience developing new business.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the entire project lifecycle and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to budget.

  2. Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.

  3. Liaise, coordinate, and negotiate with authorities, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and clients.

  4. Develop new business opportunities, prepare tenders, and administer contracts.

Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in Land Development in a consulting environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian design standards, codes, and local regulations.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous leadership experience.
