Job Role
As a specialist in payment solutions, you will play a key role in delivering customised payment solutions and comprehensive consulting support to customers.
Our team focuses on the delivery of innovative payment solutions for optimal payment experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the Digital team, supporting efforts in developing and driving strategic business plans, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create and review sales presentations, proposals, and internal business cases.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Technical Program Managers, UX designers, and sales professionals, to deliver digital payment transformation.
- Communicate new information, industry trends, best practices, and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project elements and track progress, reporting on project plans.
- Support the development of sales strategy and objectives, providing training materials and product expertise for sales and RFP support.
- Contribute insights that may influence sales strategy and assist in the development of training materials and RFPs.
- Align with Go-To-Market plans for feature sets.
About You
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented specialist who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Key skills include:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, or related fields is a plus.
