Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams

  • Providing hands-on support with Salesforce configuration and customization
  • Collaborating with developers to address questions and align with project goals

Profile Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience in facilitating workshops to gather requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar business solutions specialist role
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
