Senior Healthcare Professional

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our Residential Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes and in client homes in our local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialised, high-quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes and in client homes in our local communities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes and maintain a safe and respectful environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • A current AHPRA registration (Bachelor of Nursing or higher)
  • The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues, and other key stakeholders
  • An understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
  • A high level of accountability for your own work
  • A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
