Compassionate Care Professional

Deliver exceptional care and support to older individuals as a Compassionate Care Professional.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families by providing person-centred spiritual support across our sites.
You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, fostering meaningful connections and promoting autonomy, dignity, and emotional wellbeing for each resident.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor degree in Theology, Counselling, Social Sciences or equivalent, and have clinical pastoral education or reflective practice training.
Awareness and understanding of diverse cultures, beliefs, practices and traditions are essential. Additionally, capability in leading public and informal rituals and services is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide inclusive spiritual care that honours the diverse beliefs, cultures, and traditions of our community.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines to promote holistic care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families to ensure their spiritual needs are met.
- Bachelor degree in Theology, Counselling, Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent reflective practice training.
- Capable of leading public and informal rituals and services.
- Driver's License and willingness to travel to various sites.
