We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality, personalised care for individuals in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments and assist with medication administration as required.
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the individual's care.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV qualification in a relevant field such as Individual Support or Disability.
- Fully Vaccinated.
- Full Working rights.
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Check.
- 6 months plus paid experience in providing care and support to individuals with a range of needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Current Australian Driver's License.
