As a skilled nurse, you will work in a collaborative team environment with dedicated and friendly staff to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your role will involve working closely with our residents to assist them with their daily needs, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure their comfort and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in caring for the elderly and a desire to improve the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for coordinating professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Safe administration of medication
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- Coordinating professional care practices
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 12 months nursing experience within an aged care environment in Australia.
