International Procurement Coordinator

Your responsibilities will encompass managing inventory levels, international procurement, and day-to-day store operations.
Key duties include:
- Plan and coordinate inventory control, procurement, and overseas shipping
- Proactively manage and procure inventory to maintain inventory level requirements
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular inventory checks and entering accurate inventory data
- Analyze slow-moving inventory and implement solutions
- Quality control of goods entering the store for accuracy, quality, and quantity
- Provide timely quotations from suppliers on materials as requested
- Maintain an international shipping register and provide feedback to the Sales Team on changes to ETAs
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and previous international procurement experience.
