Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage project expenditure and facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Preparation: Prepare procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages for subcontractors.
  • Contract Negotiation: Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts with suppliers.
  • Expenditure Management: Manage and track project expenditure inclusive of subcontractor claims.
  • Claim Assistance: Provide support on progress claim assistance and external variations.
  • RFI Administration: Administer RFIs to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Certification and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • Project Experience: Experience working on projects with high-value contracts, requiring effective contract administration.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and finalize contract agreements with suppliers.
