Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced 'ICT Procurement Lead'.

**Key Criteria**:

- Proven ability to leverage an understanding of complex concepts related to technology
- implementation, to better anticipate and address key risks in contracts.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience in procurement.

**Essential requirements**
- Minimum 4 years' experience in ICT contract management or related business process, preferably working in a state government context.
- Experience in collaborating with and influencing business and IT stakeholders to manage expectations and reach agreement.
- Experience in ICT contract negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal skills with attention to detail
- Organisational ability including managing priorities within tight deadlines.
