About The Opportunity

Join our Commercial team as a Procurement Coordinator, providing dedicated administrative support across procurement systems, supplier records, and documentation. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement Excellence and Operations, you'll play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, who enjoys system administration, process coordination, and contract support. You'll be instrumental in keeping procurement workflows efficient and enabling the team and stakeholders to deliver effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement systems and supplier records with precision.
  • Support compliance activities and maintain data integrity.
  • Assist with routine procurement workflows, reporting, and contract administration.
  • Provide user support for our Contract Management System (CMS) and monitor JIRA tickets.
  • Coordinate compliance checks and maintain document version control in SharePoint.

You can contribute through your:
  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within a commercial, corporate, or systems-focused environment.
  • Strong systems administration skills with the ability to manage records and maintain data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience preparing and maintaining reports and data analysis, with exposure to tools such as Power BI highly regarded.
