At TMGM, we're seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategy Specialist to drive our social media presence and ad campaigns in Korea. With 1-2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles, you'll be responsible for developing and executing efficient marketing strategies that cater to the unique needs of our regional audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceive and develop intuitive marketing plans to optimize our online presence and reach.
  • Oversee and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends, evaluate brand awareness, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Design and implement surveys to gauge customer requirements and satisfaction.
  • Create compelling copy for marketing materials, such as brochures, press releases, and website content, with a focus on engaging Korean-speaking audiences.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY MEDIA VENDORS TO ENSURE COLLABORATION IN PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES.
  • Monitor campaign progress using key metrics and submit detailed reports on performance.
  • Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and track expenses effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to grow social media channels.
  • Experience in managing ad campaigns for brands or agencies is preferred, showcasing a solid understanding of targeting, optimization, and analytics.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.
