Job Title: Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced cafe manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading staff and ensuring compliance with procedures relating to restocking, stock take, setting and maintaining par levels, usage analysis and follow-up.

About the Role:
  • Lead staff in providing high quality products and excellent customer service
  • Maintain provision of efficient service, cleaning of café areas and equipment, restocking product on a rotational basis, waste storage and disposal, chemical storage and usage, cleaning of dining areas and neat presentation of all customer areas
  • Conduct all opening, operating and closing duties as per written procedures and provide a hands-on operational role in the provision of the café at all times
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a management role
  • Strong barista knowledge and experience in a high-paced environment using specialty coffee
  • Strong hospitality knowledge with experience in providing high levels of customer service
  • Demonstrated ability in leading a team, with great communication & problem-solving skills
