Cafe Attendant Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Shop Operations: Support our daily shop operations by maintaining a high level of cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our cafe.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take food and beverage orders from customers, operate point-of-sale systems, and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Stock pastry displays and inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean coffee making equipment, utensils, and other areas of the cafe as required, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
